Independent aspiring member for Salima Central West Constituency, Enock Phale, has commended President Chakwera, the World Bank, the Constituency Development Fund, World Vision, as well as community committees for the financial support to implement different projects in his constituency.
Phale said he has built school blocks, bridges, hospitals, maintained roads, donated an ambulance, as well as helping the needy through funding from different stakeholders.
“It is through my hard work and commitment that I am able to point out all the developments I have made in my constituency because people’s welfare comes first, and I am standing again on 16 September 2025 for their sake,” he said.
Phale added that making follow-ups on the developments is very important, as leaving people to work on their own results in corruption and work being done at low quality.
He further said that a good relationship with people in the village is a ladder to success, for there is power in unity.
Phale has been a member of parliament since 2019 until the time the government dissolved the leadership in the country, and he is urging people to vote for him to continue assisting them.
